Glitch may be available to a broad audience and may include chat or voice-enabled features. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable. COPPA applies to operators of child-directed online services and to operators with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information from a child under 13. Audio files containing a child’s voice can be treated as personal information under the COPPA Rule.
