These terms are between you and Glimpse. Using Glimpse means you agree to them.
You need to be 13 or older. In the EEA and UK, 16 or older, or have a parent's permission.
We identify you by your phone number and text you a code — there's no password. Keep access to your number secure, and tell us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] if you think someone else is using your account.
One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone.
You own the photos and messages you create.
So the app can work, you give us permission to store and send your content to the friends you chose, keep your history, and make your monthly reels. That's all it covers. It ends when you delete the content or your account — except for backups on their normal rotation, and photos already delivered to a friend.
We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
Only send content you have the right to send.
Don't use Glimpse to send anything unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or threatening, or that promotes violence or self-harm. Never send content that sexualises or endangers a child.
Don't harass, impersonate or stalk people. Don't send spam. Don't infringe anyone's copyright or privacy. Don't reverse-engineer the app, use bots, or get around limits, paywalls or blocks.
You can report any photo from the photo itself, and block anyone from their profile. Blocking removes them from your friends and stops everything between you.
We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — without warning where there's a risk of serious harm. Report anything else to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
Copyright: if something here infringes your copyright, email [COPYRIGHT_EMAIL] with what was copied, where it is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We remove infringing content and ban repeat infringers.
Glimpse Gold is a subscription, monthly or yearly. It unlocks the Lock Screen camera, unlimited history, HD reels, best-friend widgets and all themes.
Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm the purchase.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends.
Cancel in your Apple ID settings, not in Glimpse. We can't cancel it for you.
A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel 24 hours before it ends. Starting a subscription forfeits any unused trial.
Print packs are one-off purchases. They don't expire and aren't refundable once delivered, unless the law says otherwise.
The free plan includes [FREE_PRINTS_PER_DAY] photos a day and [FREE_HISTORY_WINDOW] of history. We'll give notice in the app before reducing these.
Prices can change. For subscriptions, changes apply at the next renewal and Apple will ask you first where required.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us — purchases go through the App Store. This doesn't affect refund or cancellation rights your local consumer law gives you.
You can delete your account any time in Settings. This doesn't cancel your subscription — do that in your Apple ID settings or it keeps renewing.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, to protect other people, or if the law requires it. Where it's reasonable and lawful, we'll tell you why.
Glimpse is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that photos always arrive instantly — widgets depend on how iOS refreshes them, which we don't control.
Nothing here removes liability that can't legally be removed, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or content. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or INR 5,000. Some places don't allow these limits, and your consumer rights aren't affected.
If you break these terms or send something that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs — unless the claim is our fault.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of [JURISDICTION_CITY] have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of your local law, and you can use your local courts.

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect. If one part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right doesn't waive it. You can't transfer these terms; we can, if the business is sold.
