GLEx2020 is a global language exchange community established by Ranela (USA) and Sanchita (India) in July 2020.

It is a global community of language teachers and learners on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Anchor.fm, Spotify, and Patreon. We have an average of about 3,000 organic reach on our Facebook posts. We reached 1000 members in our group recently. Our group is not a regular Facebook group. The purpose of this group is to host INTERACTIVE STUDY SESSIONS daily to connect with Korean learners all across the world. We are very strict with the codes of conduct, and have membership questions in order to join the group. We wish to take the sincere members along with us towards our path to fluency.

Our goal is to provide accessible language learning opportunities to people around the world. Language learning is quite expensive and though many people want to learn a new language, they are not able to afford the tuition. Here at GLEx2020 Podcast, we have free and affordable paid programs for language learning.

GLEx2020 podcast was established by Ranela and Sanchita in July 2020.

Initially, both of them started studying Korean by themselves at different times. However, they felt that they weren't making significant progress. So when they met on a Facebook group called LKiK (Learn Korean in Kculture on Facebook ) in June 2020, they decided to become study buddies and started to practice speaking in Korean every day. Despite many obstacles they were determined to learn Korean so as one of the initiatives they started a podcast on Anchor.fm channel. They published their first episode of the GLEx2020 podcast in July 2020. Slowly more people started joining in and that's how a community was formed.

Ranela, a co-founder of the GLEx2020 podcast, is from USA, a house-wife and a mother to 4 children. She is home-schooling her kids and believes in life-long learning. She has been actively learning Korean for 2 years. She is successfully managing 2-3 Korean learning groups on Facebook and has a very systematic approach to learning Korean. Her strengths include hosting events, public speaking, managing groups, and many more.

Sanchita Sakpal, a co-founder of the GLEx2020 podcast, is a practicing architect from India. She is 25 years old and has been interested in the Korean language and culture for 4 years now. In 2018, she got a chance to attend an International Summer School at Sookmyung Women's University where she studied about Korean language, arts, and crafts. She has been dedicatedly to learning Korean since May 2020. Her strengths include networking, branding, hosting events, and many more.
