9/4/26 Meeting Recap:
1. Budget was shared for the 26/27 SY. We also decided to pause the Bulldog Dash for this school year. Perhaps this is an event that can be co-sponsored at the new LMS. AS will amend the budget to reflect this.
2. We will work on a fundraiser through Jersey Mikes and Frankie's Pizza. NC will reach out to both of these places to secure an October and November date for PAC.
3. We are working on a blurb for wish lists moving to PAC wish lists. More to come, but we will share a message w/staff as well as come to a Staff Meeting in the future to share the message. NA - let us know dates.
4. GB Staff Breakfast - 9/18. LS is working on a SignUp Genius for this as well as messaging. She will get this to NA for a Tuesday email out to families.
5. We decided on the following meetings moving forward - and they can be hybrid. AS will create Google invites and Meets (or Zoom links) for each of these meetings:
October 2nd @ 9 am
November 6th @ 9 am
December 4th @ 9 am
6. We will create a Google Form for PAC teacher requests. NC is also going to share the one from BHS.
7. Spiritwear: For now we will keep the GB swag going and work on transitioning to LMS swag once the official logo and mascot are revealed!
8. Open House: PAC slide for presentation like last year as well as sign ups for upcoming events (8th grade events and 9/18 breakfast). LS and AS will talk to grade level groups about joining PAC: 6-620 = 6th grade (L and A); 625 - 645 = 7th grade (L); 650 - 710 = 8th grade (A). I will send Nikcole a slide and create sign ups for upcoming events as needed.
AS also going to check with RK about magnets that we ordered last year.
