Applying for Endorsements

Complete an endorsement application through your ISBE Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS) account. Click here for a helpful how-to video.
When the endorsement application is reviewed by ISBE an email notification from noreplylicensure@isbe.net will be sent to the email account associated with the ELIS account. Ensure the email address associated with the ELIS account is current.
The ISBE application notification will identify any missing endorsement coursework and/or testing.
If the deficiencies are completed within the application expiration date, no additional fees will be required to earn the endorsement.
If the deficiencies are not completed within the application expiration date, an additional endorsement application will need to be submitted.
Educators can check the application status by viewing details in the ELIS account. More details about this process can be found on the ISBE License Status page.

ISBE subsequent endorsements and current requirements can be found on the ISBE website. For additional information and endorsement application assistance, please contact a local Regional Office of Education (ROE).

into the M.S. Teaching & Learning programs?

Application and admission to the university are required.
Standard tuition rates apply for all core courses within the M.S. Teaching & Learning degree program.

Ordering USF Transcripts

Confirm there are no holds on your account BEFORE submitting a transcript request at https://stfrancis.edu/academics/registrar/transcripts/.
In the MyUSF portal (not Canvas) confirm all final grades are posted to your unofficial transcript BEFORE submitting a transcript request.
- USF transcripts will reflect the grades and degrees as of the day the request is received.
- Current students should CLICK HERE to confirm final grades are posted. IMPORTANT NOTE - grades posted in Canvas may not be posted to the USF transcript.
Please allow 7 working days from receipt for processing (up to 21 days at the end of each semester).
