These races are closed events. They are only open to WA registered runners in each of the 9 clubs within the group:
Islwyn RC, Lliswerry Runners, Chepstow Harriers, Griffithstown Harriers, Spirit of Monmouth RC, Parc Bryn Bach RC, Pont-y-Pwl & District Runners,  Fairwater Runners Cwmbran and Caerleon RC.

Furthermore, it is the responsibility of each runner to ensure they wear a  a number at each event.
