GLCL races are closed events. 

They are only open to WA/UKA registered members of the nine running clubs within the GLCL group:
Caerleon Running Club, Chepstow Harriers, Fairwater Runners Cwmbran, Griffithstown Harriers, Islwyn Running Club, Lliswerry Runners, Spirit of Monmouth Running Club, Parc Bryn Bach Running Club, Pont-y-pwl & District Runners.

All runners must register with GLCL.
All runners must wear their allocated race bib number.
