Glass Half Full Colorado was created as a hobby and a love for using glass as a medium to create meaningful decor and gift-art. It all started with Robin's 1910 bungalow-style house in the heart of Denver. The stained glass on either side of the fire place was missing when she moved into the house in 2002. She wanted to replace that style of window, but didn’t know how to go about that endeavor. Being a “can do” artsy type, she thought she would give glasswork a try. Robin convinced a glass artist to give her a quick and simple “how to” tutorial. And so, the adventure began……
After making the windows for her house, she decided that glass was pretty amazing and beautiful. Given that she was an educator, Robin started making little retirement and going away gifts for her school colleagues. She enlisted help from her friend, Cory. Together they have produced a collection called "Glass Half Full Colorado".
