Update as of 14 October: We are delighted by the unexpectedly high number of people who have expressed an interest in our conference. We have reviewed all the applications received and everyone who registered by today's date should have received an email from us regarding their application.
Please note that, due to capacity and funding limitations, we will most likely only be able to accept very few more applicants. We apologise for this!
The deadline to apply for funding was the 15th September 2026.
Later applications are possible until the 15th November 2026.
Please contact us if you need an invitation letter for a visa application.
