2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 15–30 days after payment confirmation.

3. Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free delivery within NCR. For customers outside NCR, delivery fees will depend on your location.

4. Do I need to pay in full?
No, we only require a 50% downpayment to confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via GCash and BPI Bank Transfer.

6. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we arrange nationwide delivery to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

7. Can I order extra covers?
Yes, we offer 300D and 900D Oxford covers as add-ons for extra protection.
