Day-of- wedding coordination is where the event planner attends the wedding with the purpose of  supervising all activities to ensure that everything goes as planned and even better.  The coordinator’s duty is to address any emergencies that may arise on the day and ensure that all service providers have fulfilled their service contract.

At Glamourous Décor, the services we offer for day-of- wedding coordination includes:

• Meeting with the wedding party to review last-minute direction and answer questions 3 hours prior to the wedding ceremony

• Assisting with the execution of all wedding day activities

• Managing vendor delivery:

  • Floral arrangements

  • Cake 

  • Food

  • Etc

• Dealing with vendor queries and concerns

• Assisting vendors with minimal assistance and provide directions where needed

•  Supervising room set up & layout

• Liaisoning with Officiant, Ushers & Master of Ceremony

• Assisting wedding party with the processional and recessional (cueing music, who stands with whom, when to walk and how to file out at the end).

• Providing a Bridal Emergency Kit – (pills, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, earring backs, pens, hairspray, etc.)

• Assisting guests in seating

• Providing Etiquette Advice

• Gathering anything remaining at the end of the event such as gifts, cake servers and toasting glasses and guestbook.

Please note that with this package all vendors must be booked and confirmed. Booking vendors before and on the day  is not included.

• Arrange vendor interviews

• Assistance in selecting vendors 

• Review and negotiation of vendor contracts

• Contact all vendors to verify details of their services and assist in event logistics

• Assist with venue floor plans

• Create a detailed wedding day timeline 

A final meeting will be done to finalize all details and documents required. Please note: this is a pre- wedding package, the event planner in this package does not attend the event. All documents and details are handed off to your designated wedding contacts.  We will accept bookings as late as one month before your wedding date. Conditions may apply.
