Orders must be made two weeks in advance, larger orders require more notice (call to inquire). All orders must be made through our Order Form. Please provide ALL necessary information on the order form.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 days. During this time order is reviewed. Confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the Order Form.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit MUST be made, before we can start crafting your order. Preferred payment methods : Mobanking & Paypal. Cash deposit can be made Mon-Fri 10am- 2pm in Portsmouth and Mon & Thur 10am -4pm in Roseau.
Designs
Design approvals are needed for orders to be completed. All approved designs are FINAL!
Pickup
All orders are to be picked up at Portsmouth or Roseau. Location will be provided the day of pickup.
Cancellation
Orders should be cancelled at least 48 hours before delivery date.
