IGNITE 

I wanted my IGNITE talk to focus on the one thing I feel most strongly about... classroom community. I believe that it is the glue that holds my classroom together. It is the solution to a multitude of problems I will face in the classroom. It is something that brings me immense joy. For me, it is the reason why I love teaching. I love building those relationships. They are what gets me going, and I cannot wait to continue building them!
