• White to 3 on Lamp Terminal Block
• Black to 4 on Lamp Terminal Block

• White to R on 4010 B Network
• White (another one) to GN on 4010 B Network
• Black to B on 4010 B Network

(Handset Cord white wires are bigger than Dial white wires.)
