The game is not frozen for as I am still able to regain stamina and kill mobs, chunks load just fine. I can place a boat but other what is said in title, my tool, when I right-click, places torch without me sneaking. I've reset my keybinds and I checked the Sneak Toggle option. I've also shutdown the client and restarted the game but the result was still the same. Went to a different world and I was able to mine blocks and tool wasn't placing torches without sneaking. Anyone else has/had this problem? Anyone got a solution to this?
so i was making a box mine sever with my friends when they finally got the netherite pickaxe but realised that you cant break blocks but it still gives them the item, idk if its to do with the plugin im using on the mines (the plugin is called mines) because the only blocks we cant mine are the ones in the mine, we can mine grass dirt because thats not in the mine but we cant mine stone, coal, iron etc, it might be even i worldgaurd problem idk though

Yeah I just started learning how to make a mod and code like 3 days ago so ive got a long ways to go so ill for sure look at the debug. that deepslate ore was in there form the tutorial video i was following to make their mod but when i moved it to a new mod project so i could add what i wanted i cut out some of the blocks/items to only keep as ref for when i added new blocks but i guess i missed that. I just added the deepslate ore back into blocklist and problem resolved.
I compiled the latest version of the node "basic-pow" from the substrate recipes, run the node using the command "./basic-pow --alice" so i have the authority role, but it never produces blocks, it prepared the first block but never imported it and that's it! Any idea how to debug this issue?!

Mine Blocks is an earthbending ability that breaks blocks directly in the direction that the earthbender is facing (creating something that looks like stairs). It only works on earth blocks, such as stone, grass, dirt, and most ores. It does not work on diamond ore, quartz ore, netherrack, stone bricks, or obsidian. Its a utility ability for exploring caves and going underground, easier and faster. It is also good for hiding against your opponents and tricking them.
Soul of the Badgermole allows you to create really long tunnels for fast underground exploration. It also gives the ability a fortune III enchantment which is great for gathering extra resources in your way down or while mining ores. It's a balanced path because it mines really long distances and has fortune III.
Pluto's Greed lets you mine out entire veins of every ore in its path. It adds fortune IV enchantment too which is extremely beneficial when it comes to mining resources. Compared to Long Tunnel, this upgrade is recommended to earthbenders who want to benefit from the level IV fortune aspect.
As of Minecraft 1.0, the reach distance seems to have changed. It appears to be 4 metres (blocks) in SSP (survival single player), and 5 meters in multiplayer (most likely to compensate for the lag, making combat and block placement easier).
In my testing, when mining directly in front of your character (at head level) and when right against the block you are mining, you can mine four blocks ahead of your player. (I was right against the red wool block, and I couldn't reach the cyan block at the end.)

I am running MESH and I see some sort of similar level of missed blocks that occurs just after disk usage peaks. Having 12 even 60 missed slots a day over thousands of slots make a very small chance that your pool would miss block minting. I would not worry too much about it. Keep it updated, get out prometheus and all unnecessary processes from producer vm, run it smooth then soon you will see your block
btw in past I also observed that disabling swap may help if you have enough RAM, when memory pages are being swapped out the process that owns them is temporarily (although extremely shortly) frozen, which in real time application like cardano-node could be a problem resulting in missed slots. Check swap activity if you can correlate missed blocks with some spikes in memory pages being swapped out.
Once your tunnel is completely sealed off from the rest of the body of water, you'll need to drain the water inside of its walls. If there is a cave nearby, you can dig an outlet to let the water drain into that. Otherwise, dig a cavity off to the side starting from the bottom of your tunnel. If you are digging sideways, you need to place blocks behind you before digging through the water to prevent flooding your tunnels.
No solid blocks can be placed in Lava, so digging through it can be a problem. If you need to dig through it, you can use obsidian skin potions which grant fire resistance to dig straight through the lava and move it to any nearby cave. Consider bringing a pickaxe that's capable of digging through Obsidian. Additionally consider bringing along some Gills Potions. Alternatively, Sand/Silt can be dropped into lava, and with enough, you can replace all of it with sand/silt. Bombs can also explode through lava and can easily be used for small-medium sized lava pits, especially when covered by obsidian.
The fastest and easiest way is to use Obsidian Skin Potions, as you don't need to surround the Hellstone with blocks or move the lava. Furthermore, you can simply jump in one of the many lava lakes for easy access to the Hellstone. This will also prevent most monsters from reaching you. You can use a Magic Mirror to quickly escape before the buff ends.
Alternatively, you can completely surround the Hellstone veins with a layer of blocks. That way, when the Hellstone is mined, the lava it leaves will be safely contained. While standing outside the barrier, mine the Hellstone vein. If some Hellstone is out of reach, drain the lava into a reservoir or move it with Pumps.
A final though riskier option is to mine a small area under the Hellstone, and suspend yourself above the spawned lava with a multi-latching hook. This technique is sometimes faster but requires precise control of your position, and may make it difficult to reach veins in particularly inconvenient locations (such as those very close to a lava lake). 2351a5e196
