Hi, I'm Glades McKenzie.

I will be joining Marquette University as an Assistant Professor in Finance Fall 2025.

My research interests center around media sentiment, political connections, and international finance. I am working on projects highlighting the value of political connections for multinational corporations. I am also working on projects that focus on the consequences of media biases in corporate decision making as well as investment decisions.
