I'm currently a faculty member at the Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Science.
My research experience is centered towards ambient-noise / earthquake tomography with an emphasis on basin structure, fault zone architecture and overall structure of the lithosphere.
I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. I received my B.Sc in Geology (Geophysics major) and M.Sc in Applied Geophysics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After my master's graduation I went abroad in Salt Lake City, UT, USA to join the Seismology graduate program at the University of Utah, where I obtained my Ph.D.
