WorldRooms ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

A. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided) via Firebase Authentication.

• Messages: Our application provides global messaging rooms. While messages are transmitted to provide the service, we do not use your private communication for advertising.

• Device Information: We may collect basic device information (model, OS version) to improve app performance and for Firebase Analytics.

B. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services which may collect data used to identify you:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase (to understand app usage)

• Firebase Crashlytics (to fix bugs)

• Google AdMob (if ads are displayed)

C. Data Retention and Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your data. You can delete your account within the app settings or by contacting us at [E-posta Adresin Buraya]. Once requested, your personal data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days.

D. Children’s Privacy WorldRooms does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WorldRooms mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

To use WorldRooms, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct and Content

As a user of WorldRooms, you agree NOT to:

• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

• Engage in "spamming," "flooding," or sending unsolicited commercial messages in global rooms.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the proper working of the App.

4. Moderation and Termination

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor user-generated content in messaging rooms. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the App without prior notice for:

• Violations of these Terms of Service.

• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the reputation of WorldRooms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), is and will remain the exclusive property of WorldRooms and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

WorldRooms is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
