🌟 Meet the Founder & Our Mission

Hello! My name is Allison Moore, and I am a Behavior Analyst based in Tampa, Florida. I have been supporting individuals with special needs since 2010, starting my career in autism centers in Indianapolis, IN, then traveling nationwide to provide crisis-management training for professionals working with behaviorally complex individuals. Today, I proudly serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across several Florida counties.

Every client, colleague, and experience has shaped who I am as a professional and deepened my commitment to this community. My passion continues to grow as I work to make a difference in the lives of those who may not always be seen or heard. 💙

🎁 Why This Gift Drive Began

In 2022, I worked with a gentleman who shared that he didn’t like Christmas — because he had never celebrated it growing up. That moment stayed with me. As the holidays approached, I recognized how many individuals in group homes and assisted living facilities don’t receive gifts — and sometimes don’t even receive visitors.

So, I started a small gift drive for the people I served. Since then, I’ve reached out to colleagues and professionals across the field to identify individuals who may go without holiday recognition and support.✨

📈 Growing With Heart

What began as one act of kindness has grown each year through the generosity of friends, family, and community partners.

This year, I am grateful to collaborate with IDD Aspiring Minds, a nonprofit organization devoted to enhancing the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. 💛 With their support, we can extend our reach and brighten even more lives.

This is our fourth year spreading holiday cheer and connection. While many gifts are delivered around Christmas, this mission is about inclusion, community, and the joy of giving — for everyone, regardless of which holiday they celebrate.
