Ticket Information

Tickets are $35 each or $275 for a table.

!NEW THIS YEAR! Secure one of three VIP Tables for $450 (seats 8)! VIP Tables include: front-row seating, dinner (Dewey's pizza and salad plus dessert) and mulligans. Please email GivensElemPTO@gmail.com to secure a VIP table. First come, first serve!

Step 1: First fill out the Ticket Request Form.

Step 2: Send payment. You can pay by cash, check, Venmo or credit card.
Please note: your spot will not be reserved until we've received payment.

Cash/Check

Cash or check can be sent with your student in an envelope labeled "Givens PTO Trivia."

Make checks payable to "Givens Elementary PTO." Students can give the envelope to their teacher or drop it off at the front office.
