PROBLEM DEFINITIONÂ
There are many environments humans are required to enter that are incredibly dangerous. Robots have already begun to perform very dangerous tasks; however, many tasks are simply too complex for robots to handle. We hope to change this by creating hand-like robotic manipulators capable of tasks requiring very fine motor skills. Some examples of dangerous environments humans still have to enter include the following:
Falling Hazards
High Radiation
Space
High Voltage
