I spent 4 months at Pixel Association as an internship. Pixel is an association that deals with European Projects and which organizes International Conferences in Florence.
I spent 4 months at Pixel Association as an internship. Pixel is an association that deals with European Projects and which organizes International Conferences in Florence.
I worked for them in order to organize the International Conference about "New Perspectives in Science Education" where 178 participants from all over the word were involved.

I was in charge of formatting all the articles, correcting the papers for the conference, checking the editorial draft of the Conference Proceedings, organizing the different parts of the Conference, making the conference materials for all the participants, doing database and plus writing the Evaluations of the meetings about European Projects.

While during the days of the Conference I dealt with the Registration Desk and I was the Room Manager in charge of introducing myself to the speakers and moderators to explain them the conference modalities.

Internship experience as assistant of the councillor of the municipality of Capannori (LU), Lucca.

Participating in meetings between public / private bodies and the Municipality for the stipulation of collaborating contracts, coordinating and assisting projects to protect the environment and raise awareness about it, attending the city council and keeping in touch with the institutions in collaboration with the Municipality, attending a session of the Student Parliament of Florence in order to promote the Municipality's Internship Project.
