Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle process that carries excess liquid away from tissue and back to the heart. Lipo body work is more intense. The main purpose is to increase blood circulation to break up fat cells. So we combine them and for best results also include a secret component. • Does it hurt: No one so far has said it 'hurts', but if you break down the session into different sections, there are a couple sections that could be considered 'uncomfortable'. Focus and intensity during these sections have proven to deliver the best results.

• I have never heard or seen this massage. What is it? It is a harmonization of multiple techniques perfected after years of practice. The technique requires client engagement for best results. Tomich Technique by Gisele can only be offered by certified massage therapists.
