If I am a presenter, do I also need to register for the symposium during general registration?
Yes! This is the most helpful way to ensure there is enough food provided at the event and that all the presenters are accounted for.
As a presenter, will I receive feedback from the judges?
Yes, after the symposium the judges comments will be compiled and then sent individually to each presenter.
Can I participate in multiple competitions?
If you are not selected for your competition of choice, you may be given the opportunity to present in another session. To ensure fairness, we are not overlapping participants and competitions this year.
What do the important deadlines look like?
Generally, call for abstracts are distributed in January and due by Feb 14th. Selected participants will be notified by 20 February, when registration for the event opens.
