Girls 4 S.T.E.A.M is a nonprofit organization focused on young -women (transgender and cis), non-binary, and gender-fluid people to to inspire, support, or cultivate interest in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. 

Minority women make up 4.8% of the STEAM workforce, and for transgender women, non-binary, and gender-fluid people it's even lower. Girls 4 Steam helps close that gap by raising awareness, and inspiring/helping youth get into those careers and eventually bridge that gender gap.
