Stamina is spent when the PC engages in physical activity. The PC's maximum Stamina is equal to:
(5 × (2 × Endurance + Agility + Strength) ÷ 2).
She recovers 5% of her maximum Stamina every hour (or 10% if she is asleep).
The Stamina cost for activities using the exercise system depends on the intensity of the exercise. Each item of exercise clothing (exercise clothes, trainers, sports bra, sports panties) that the PC wears decreases the Stamina cost of these activities by 10%.
We need an explanation for what a 'cycle' of exercise is, and also a list of which exercises belong in which tier. -Pocket
Exercises are split into tiers, which each have a different cost per cycle.
Tier 1: 5
Tier 2 (eg. volleyball): 10
Tier 3 (eg. push-ups): 15
Tier 4 (eg. crossfit): 25
