Pain

Certain actions or events in the game will add pain which can affect mood and health. Pain can also come from status afflictions such as illnesses, chafing from not using chafing lotion when not wearing panties or from gaining a tattoo or piercing.

Can be treated by taking pain medicine, soaking in a bath or getting treated for pain at a clinic. Pain will return quickly if it is caused by a condition or ailment. The player can check this by choosing "Pain" in the "Description" portion of the game menus.
