Giovanni Re Garbagnati

I am a Ph.D. Student in Legal Studies at Bocconi University, Curriculum in Business and Social Law.

I graduated cum laude in Law in 2020 from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart with a thesis focused on the problem of algo-governance in automated portfolio management.

My research interests are in financial markets regulation with a focus on the role played by AI in this field. My Ph.D. research project aims at addressing the issue of the monopolistic role played by BigTech in the digital market.
