Welcome!
I am a tenured Research Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), in the Department of Living Conditions, and a Research Affiliate at IZA@LISER, the University of Sydney (School of Economics), and the Life Course Centre. I am also a Visiting Researcher at the University of Luxembourg, where I completed my PhD in Economics in September 2021. Before coming to Luxembourg, I obtained my Bachelor and Master's degrees in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, in Milan.
I am an applied microeconomist, with an interest in inequality research and the economics of education, gender, and health. In my research, I sometimes use individual genetic and epigenetic data to explore how biology interacts with environmental exposures and affects the persistence of intergenerational inequalities.
Since 2025, I serve as Associate Editor of Applied Research in Quality of Life (ARQOL).
You can find me on Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Bluesky, LinkedIn and X.
