Educator · Mentor · Founder of Ginspire
I am Geeta Vora — educator, mentor, and the founder of Ginspire.
For over 15 years, I have worked closely with children in Std 2 through 8, helping them discover something that most of them never expected: that mathematics can be exciting.
I started Ginspire because I saw a gap. Children were memorising formulas to pass exams, but very few were being taught to actually think. Competitive maths — the kind tested in GMATH and IPM — demands something deeper: logic, curiosity, and the confidence to approach a problem you've never seen before.
My approach is simple. I don't believe in shortcuts or rote learning. I believe in building a foundation so strong that no problem feels impossible. Every concept is taught through examples, discussion, and real problem-solving — so that when a child sits in an exam hall, they aren't trying to remember a trick. They're thinking.
All classes at Ginspire are conducted personally by me. Every student is known by name. Every doubt is cleared before the class moves forward. That is a promise I make and keep, year after year.

"Every child is capable of brilliance. My job is simply to show them where it lives." — Geeta Vora
I firmly believe that a child who is struggling with maths is not incapable — they have simply not yet been shown the right door. My role as an educator is to find that door.
I focus on three things in every class:
• Building genuine understanding, not surface-level familiarity
• Making mistakes feel safe — because that's where the real learning happens
• Connecting maths to real-life situations so children see its purpose
Beyond academics, I also recognise that a child's emotional state has a profound effect on how they learn. That is why Ginspire is not just a maths institute — it is a space where children feel calm, supported, and motivated.
Beyond competitive maths classes, Ginspire offers two additional services for families who need them:
Bach Flower Therapy
For children experiencing anxiety, exam stress, lack of focus, or emotional difficulty. Bach therapy uses natural flower essences to gently restore emotional balance . I am a certified practitioner and work with both children and adults.
Career Counselling
For older students approaching critical academic decisions. I offer personalised guidance to help young people identify their strengths, interests, and the right educational path — so they make choices they will feel confident in for years to come.
Whether you have a question about GMath batches, want to know if the program suits your child, or just want to say hello — I'd love to hear from you.
