MINDFUL MINDS - a mindfulness practice group
This program meets online (see link below) on MONDAYs and WEDNESDAYs beginning at 6:30am. The next session begins Monday, March 4, 2024. The sessions will be no longer than 30 minutes. All practices are recorded with unlimited access.
I will guide the group in multiple practices to increase self-awareness, balance, focus, and patience.
