HOA Board Info

The Ginger Cove Common Area Company (GCCAC) is a board of elected volunteer homeowners who meet monthly to serve the best interests of the Ginger Cove community.  

MISSION STATEMENT

The GCCAC Board is committed to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life and sense of community through strategic and responsible management of the lake and common areas, enforcement of rules and regulations to promote safe practices, and support of initiatives and capital improvements that preserve property values and benefit the greater good of the Ginger Cove community.

VISION STATEMENT 

The GCCAC Board shall maintain a desirable lake community where homeowners can safely enjoy family, friends, and neighbors.

BOARD AGENDA & MINUTES

Each month, the minutes are posted within 2-3 days of each monthly meeting.  If a resident would like to address the Board about a Ginger Cove topic of concern, they may notify any Board member to request time at the beginning of the next meeting.  The Board asks that residents have their talking points ready and present them in 3-5 minutes.  The Board will then discuss the topic at a later date and respond as necessary.
