intentions

Our vessels (bodies) are sacred conduits for connection to self, others, spirit, and all energetic and earthly substances. Oppressive forces in our society threaten to sever our sacred relationships with our vessels.

My dream is to support you in returning home to your vessel in the midst of these forces. 

When we operate from an embodied center, we can be rooted, resilient, and imaginative in all of our relationships. 

When we are rooted in self and our connections, we can more readily move through conflict and pain, receive and express joy, and actualize collective liberation.
