Winter weather can be challenging up in the mountains. Snow/ ice is possible anytime between November and April. The roads will be plowed by the city/ some Green Valley residents when they can. Small roads like Canyon Drive (the street the cabin is on) will not be plowed as often as the main roads like Green Valley lake drive and highway 18. The small shop (AlexLuvs2cook) is an easy 8-10 minute walk and in an emergency that you need some food. You will most likely need to do a little shoveling of the small driveway into the garage. Chains and and/ or an all-terrain vehicle during these months is required no matter the conditions (available at the Alexluvs2cook market). If you would like someone to hire to shovel the snow, there are numbers in booklet of information in the cabin of who you can hire to do that. Please take extra caution during these months. Though it may look wonderful, and it is, it's not the best for driving.
