Get in contact with a loan officer of your choice to obtain financing options. Establish what you can afford for your ideal monthly payment and learn what you can do to best prepare for buying. There are many low down payment options available. Your lender will let you know exactly how much you need to save. I may provide lender options for you if you do not have a preferred lender.
The following items will be requested for pre-approval:
2 years of tax returns
Social Security
ID
Recent pay stubs
Rental or mortgage history

Work with me, your REALTOR®, to find a home in your budget, and that meets your personal needs. You will be setup to automatic emails of properties that meet your needs and wants.
