I'm an abstract artist specializing in acrylic painting. I earned my undergraduate degree in Studio Art from Grand Valley State University, but my creative journey started long before that. As a kid, I was constantly making things whether it was drawing with crayons, crafting paper houses, or even creating my own Barbie characters out of pencil, paper, and tape when I didn’t have the ones I needed to tell my stories. Creativity has always been a part of me, though there have been times when staying connected to my craft was a challenge. Painting, for me, is a space of freedom where color, texture, and movement come together naturally. I find that my best work happens when I let go of overthinking and just follow the rhythm of how my body wants to move. Outside the studio, I love sharing other creative parts of myself on YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch as well as writing/creating my own books. I hope my work speaks to you, makes you feel something, or simply brings a bit of joy into your day.
