In English, when saying numbers from 13 to 19, the suffix "-teen" is pronounced with a distinct "t" sound. So, numbers like thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and so on all have that "t" sound.
However, for numbers in the 'ties' (20, 30, 40, etc.), the suffix "-ty" is pronounced like "dy" with a 'd' sound. For instance, twenty, thirty, forty, and so forth all have that "dy" sound at the end.
