Japchae (잡채):
Ingredients
Sweet potato glass noodles
Beef
Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, spinach, onions)
Mushrooms
Garlic
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sugar
Sesame seeds
Recipe
Boil sweet potato glass noodles until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Stir-fry thinly sliced beef until cooked, then set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry assorted vegetables until tender.
Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the pan, and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
