Bulgogi (불고기):
Ingredients
Thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
Soy sauce
Sugar
Pear (or apple) puree
Garlic
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Scallions
Recipe
Marinate thinly sliced beef in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, pear (or apple) puree, minced garlic, and sesame oil for at least an hour.
Stir-fry the marinated beef in a hot pan until cooked and slightly caramelized.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
Serve the bulgogi over rice or in lettuce wraps.
