My research interest lies at the intersection between Marketing and HR, with a focus on developing a framework to help marketing and HR managers understand workforce dynamics and optimize hiring practices.
The first part of this framework focuses on uncovering the relationship between HR assets (i.e., workforce composition) and firm marketing performance. The second part of this framework focuses on the relationship between market-based assets (i.e., digital transformation and ESG emphasis) and HR performance (i.e., talent recruiting and retention).
