I am a doctoral student in Strategic Marketing at KU Leuven (Belgium) since September 2023. I graduated from Tilburg University (Netherlands) with a Master’s Degree in Marketing Analytics (cum laude) in 2021 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics. During my bachelor studies I spent a semester abroad at Hanken School of Economics (Helsinki, Finland). After graduating, I was able to collect valuable teaching experience while working as a Lecturer Marketing at Tilburg University for over two years, teaching marketing- & research-related courses on bachelor, pre-master and master level.
My research interest lies at the intersection between Marketing and HR, with a focus on developing a framework to help marketing and HR managers understand workforce dynamics and optimize hiring practices. My research combines large databases on consumer perception, financial metrics, and workforce information to provide valuable insights into both HR and marketing performance, using a diverse set of econometric methods.
