👩‍🏫 Hi, I’m Shailaja – Founder & Teacher at Giggles and Growth Montessori

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed childcare provider who’s passionate about helping young children grow into confident, kind, and curious learners.

Here’s what I bring to the classroom:

• 🧠 Thinking & Problem-Solving: Hands-on exploration that encourages curiosity and discovery.

• 💬 Language Skills: Stories, songs, and conversations for building vocabulary and Phonics method of reading and writing.

• 🔢 Early Math Learning: Hands-on materials like beads, real objects, and games make numbers, patterns, and quantities come alive in a fun, natural way.

• 🤝 Social & Emotional Growth: Grace, patience, and healthy ways to express feelings.

• 🏃 Motor Development: Everyday activities like pouring, sweeping, threading, gardening, yoga, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and writing routines help strengthen little hands and bodies—supporting both fine and gross motor development.  

Why GG Montessori?
I created this space as a second home: calm, engaging, and centered on each child’s interests. My hope is that every child leaves school feeling capable, confident, and excited to learn.
