Gigabyte Osd Sidekick Download M28u

Whenever I try running OSD Sidekick (in admin mode) it quits without displaying any errors, or tells me to plug in the USB cable (though I'm using DP ports on both of my monitors), or it has found more than one gigabyte monitor (I've tried only having one plugged in at a time, but this doesn't fix the message).
