50% Advance Payment Policy

For certain orders, especially cakes, customized gifts, bouquets and other specially prepared or perishable products, the customer must pay 50% of the total order value in advance before the order is processed.

The remaining amount may be payable according to the payment terms communicated at the time of order.

Why is 50% Advance Required?

Many Gift Shift products are prepared specially for a particular customer. Cakes, customized gifts, bouquets and other specially prepared items may not be resold if a customer refuses to accept the order.

Therefore, the 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and cover the preparation and material costs.

The order will not be considered confirmed until the required advance payment is received.
