Hello and welcome to my website, my name is Jane Cook and I am a Coherency Practitioner, amongst several other roles, including mother of three grown up children and Grandmother of four less grown up grandchildren. As your coherency practitioner I am here to assist and guide you on your path to coherence. Don't know what that means? I am about to introduce to you a brand new system and concept, the emphasis of which is on getting ourselves into a coherent energy state. By that I mean a place where the two sides of your brain. which are often in conflict with each other, become balanced and at one. We call this place the zero point field and it is where ideas manifest and thoughts become matter, but first I want to take you on a little introductory journey to explain more.
