We do not store personal information such as names or emails on our servers. Phone numbers entered in the 'Direct Chat' feature are processed locally to trigger WhatsApp and are not saved on our servers.
How to Request Data Deletion:
Device Level: Users can reset their Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads via their Android Device Settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID).
App Level: To stop any future data collection, simply uninstall the app. All locally cached data will be deleted from your device.
Contact Us: If you have specific concerns or wish to request the deletion of any diagnostics/analytics data associated with your device ID, please email us at giant.planet97@gmail.com. Please include your device's Advertising ID so we can process your request with our service providers.
Data Retention: We do not retain any user data. Third-party SDKs retain data according to their own privacy policies (typically 30-60 days for crash logs).
