- You understand that the components offered are dangerous when not properly assembled into a finished product(laser/Led source of any type) utilizing safety features such as an aperture cover and key-lock switch(when required by local regulations).

- You will use these components as components and properly incorporate them into a finished product.

- You will use said finished products in a safe and responsible manner and for a legal purpose while following proper electrical safety and laser safety precautions.

- You are legally responsible for the use of these components and any possible misuse of these components of their end products.

- You are legally responsible for any injury to anybody resulting from the use of or assembly of these components or their finished products.

- You Accept these components as a COMPONENT for integration in a system of YOUR OWN design that you will be legally responsible for any and all LIABILITIES due to wrong integration or misuse. These components are sold solely as a component for incorporation into the integrator's products. Therefore, these components are exempt from compliance with the appropriate requirements of FDA 21CFR, section 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete products.

They require fundamental understanding and knowledge in the fields of Laser safety procedures, Laser diode electrical characteristics (e.g. diodes require a constant current source for proper operation), Specialized constant current circuitry used to power aforementioned diodes properly and provide the functionality required by the end product, Optics for collimation, Optics used for beam shaping (Ex, Anamorphic prisms), Combining (Polarized Beam Splitter) cubes and filtering (spatial mode filter) and In addition proper thermal management of waste heat produced by the products.
