Gianandrea Giacchetta

About me

I am Gianandrea Giacchetta and I am a Ph.D. student in Applied Economics and Management (XXXVII Cohort) at University of Pavia. The Ph.D. course is jointly run by University of Pavia together with University of Bergamo. The Ph.D. thesis discussion will be held in spring 2025.

Currently, I am a research fellow at University of Bergamo.

I graduated in Economics and Finance (CLEF) in 2015 from Bocconi University, Milan (IT), and I have a master degree in Management, with a major in corporate finance, at Bocconi University, Milan (IT).

I am also a certified professional (see here all my certifications) and I collaborate with DGPA & Co, a corporate finance boutique in Milan. As a result, I am at the intersection of academia and business and I love untangling both theorical and practical puzzles.
