Welcome to my personal page

I am a Professor of Finance and the Director of the PhD Programme in Finance at Bayes Business School in London. In my research I investigate the interaction between corporate finance, labor and product markets. I teach Corporate Finance to both Master and PhD students, with a special focus on how financial management interacts with corporate strategy. I am also a member of the Economic Experts Panel of the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and the Economic Advisory Group on Competition Policy at the European Commission.
