I am a Professor of Finance at Bayes Business School in London. In my research I investigate the interaction between corporate finance, labor and product markets. I teach Corporate Finance to both Master and PhD students, with a special focus on how financial management interacts with corporate strategy. I have been a member of the Economic Advisory Group on Competition Policy at the European Commission (2014-2024), and I am currently a member of the academic advisory panel of the Microeconomics Unit at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
I have been the Director of the PhD Programme in Finance at Bayes Business School between 2020 and 2025, and I am currently the Director of Bayes' Global Women Leadership Programme.
