Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Printer App (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Printer App, including its printing features, services, software, subscriptions, and related functionality.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Printer App
Printer App is designed to provide printing-related functionality that may allow users to discover compatible printers, connect to printers, and print supported documents, photos, PDFs, images, and other files from their iPhone or iPad.
Available features may vary depending on your device, operating system, printer model, network configuration, and App version.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Circumvent or disable security features
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer the App
Use the App to interfere with another person's device, printer, network, or data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
4. Printing Services
The App may allow you to print content from your iPhone or iPad to compatible printers.
Printing functionality may depend on:
Printer compatibility
Printer configuration
Wi-Fi or Local Network connectivity
Device permissions
Printer availability
Supported file formats
Your device and operating system
Third-party printer technologies
We do not guarantee that every printer model, operating system version, file format, or network configuration will be supported.
You are responsible for ensuring that your printer is properly configured and connected to the appropriate network.
5. User Content
“User Content” means photos, documents, PDFs, images, files, or other materials that you select or provide to the App for printing.
You retain all rights that you have in your User Content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to print or otherwise use any User Content through the App.
You must not use the App to print or process content that:
Violates applicable laws
Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
Violates privacy or other legal rights
Contains unlawful or fraudulent material
Is intended to facilitate illegal activity
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The App may process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, including preparing and sending content to your selected printer.
6. Printer and Network Permissions
The App may request access to your device's Local Network in order to discover and communicate with compatible printers.
You understand that disabling required permissions may prevent some printing features from functioning.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wi-Fi network, device, and printer.
We are not responsible for problems caused by your network configuration, printer settings, router, internet service provider, or printer manufacturer.
7. Free Features
The App may provide certain features free of charge.
We reserve the right to change, limit, suspend, or discontinue free features at any time, subject to applicable law.
Some features may require a paid subscription.
8. Pro Subscription
Printer App may offer optional subscription plans that provide access to premium features (“Pro Subscription”).
Available subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and features are displayed within the App before purchase.
Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, annual, or other periods depending on the plans currently offered in the App.
The specific terms presented on Apple's purchase screen at the time of purchase will apply to your selected subscription.
9. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the duration and eligibility requirements will be displayed before you start the trial.
If you start a free trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged the applicable subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel the subscription in accordance with Apple's subscription management rules.
You may not be eligible for a free trial if you have previously used the same or a similar promotional offer.
10. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for the applicable renewal price according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
To avoid renewal, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date specified by Apple.
Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel your subscription.
11. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through your Apple Account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings.
Cancellation generally prevents the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the applicable subscription period, subject to Apple's policies.
We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
12. Payments
Payments for subscriptions and other purchases made through the App are processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
We do not directly receive or process your complete payment card information for Apple In-App Purchases.
Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by country or region.
Apple may apply applicable taxes, currency conversions, or other charges according to its policies.
13. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
If you would like to request a refund for an Apple In-App Purchase, you should use Apple's official refund process.
We do not control Apple's refund decisions or processing times.
14. Intellectual Property
The App and all associated materials, including software, designs, interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, features, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights or ownership are transferred to you.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
15. Third-Party Products and Services
The App may work with third-party products, services, technologies, operating systems, or printer manufacturers.
We do not own or control third-party products or services.
Your use of third-party products or services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Printer compatibility may depend on technologies or features provided by third parties.
16. Third-Party Printer Brands
Any printer brand names, trademarks, or logos that may be referenced in connection with compatibility are the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party printer manufacturer.
17. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be accessed, processed, used, retained, and protected when you use the App.
Please review our Privacy Policy before using the App.
18. App Updates
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or new features from time to time.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, subject to applicable law.
19. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or printer.
The App may become temporarily unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Updates
Technical failures
Network problems
Device limitations
Printer compatibility issues
Third-party service interruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet all of your requirements
The App will operate without interruptions or errors
The App will work with every printer
Printing will always be successful
All files or formats will be supported
The App will be free from bugs or technical issues
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This may include, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, printer damage, network problems, or other losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
22. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Using the App in accordance with applicable laws
Maintaining your device and printer
Maintaining your network connection
Maintaining appropriate security for your device and network
Ensuring that you have permission to print the content you select
Keeping your device's operating system reasonably up to date
Reviewing subscription terms before making a purchase
23. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or used the App in a way that may harm the App, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Termination of your use of the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, subscription offerings, technology, or applicable laws.
When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights or protections provided to you by the laws of your country, state, or region.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly referenced within the App, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the App, except where additional terms apply to a specific feature or service.
