Admission Procedure

Parents / Guardians will collect the Admission Form from the School office on any working day between 08.00am to 1.30 pm.

To take admission in our school please read the following terms mentioned below.

The Admission form filled in BLOCK letters will be submitted in person, to the School Office along with the copies of the following documents :(Self Attested )

Documents required

· Birth Certificate,

· Previous Class report Card (Half yearly / Annual) ,

· Transfer Certificate issued from previous School (Original)

· Address Proof / ID proof of both the Parent,(Adhar Card),

· Adhar Card of the Student

· Four stamp size photographs of students, 1 photograph of each parent

(one of each pasted on the Admission Form)
